Callas is a medieval village situated in a hilly region 15 km NE of Draguignan, 60 km NW of Cannes and 30 km N of Frejus.
This is an attractive, self-contained garden apartment with English proprietor. It is suitable for a couple and consists of a bedroom with twin beds, a living room, a well equipped kitchenette with a bar table and two bar stools, a shower room with wash basin and WC. The apartment has its own garden and patio with barbecue. Both rooms have access to the garden through French windows. Tenants are welcome to use the large swimming pool (12m x 8m).
The apartment is situated within walking distance of the village of Callas with shops, hairdresser, weekly market (Saturdays) and restaurant. Draguignan, which is a large market town with supermarkets, is a twenty minute drive.
Nice as well as Toulon airports are just one hour away (cheap Ryan Air flights from Stansted to Toulon), Cannes 40 minutes and the sea and beaches are also a 40 minutes drive. Golf courses are within easy reach. The spectacular Gorges du Verdon is about one hour’s drive. Markets, restaurants, walks, medieval villages and wine producers (wine-tasting) are in this attractive area which offers a vegetation of olive groves, fig trees, vineyards and cypresses.
The property is available from mid-May to the end of September. Bed linen and towels are provided. Regret no children or pets.
50 % of the rent to be paid on booking. The rest plus EUR 80 deposit to be paid one month before arrival.
